This comprehensive garage repair project includes not only general concrete, sidewalk, and paving repairs, but replacement of expansion joints, sealant, and traffic coating. This project will also see complete replacements of the lighting and sprinkler systems. Blinderman will be self-performing the concrete repairs, as well as the sealant, expansion joint, and traffic coating replacements. 

With a demanding 6-month scheduled turnaround, both garages are required to remain operational throughout construction. To successfully address these challenges, the team continues to work closely with all stakeholders, including the Village, local retailers, condo associations, and the site engineering team to ensure that phasing is communicated and well-organized, to avoid any mishaps that could affect the schedule.
