Biography
Janet collaborates with the CFO and Project Managers in her role as Senior Project Accountant. She organizes and maintains the details of each our project accounts including estimates, subcontracts, purchase orders, trade contract files, certified payrolls, lien waivers and EEO/M/W/DBE reports. As the Administrative Manager, Janet will include partnering with Human Resources in the hiring process and development of onboarding plans/ training for all Project Coordinators. She will delegate tasks and daily workload of Project Coordinators and conduct colleague performance reviews.
