Biography
As Blinderman’s Human Resources Director, Marissa handles anything and everything people-related. She works alongside the Leadership team to provide support to our staff, lead recruitment efforts, and spearhead internal development, performance management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
